Three-Stage Deoxo and Dehydration Skid

Engineered for high-methane gas service (landfill gas, RNG, natural gas), the unit chills and dehydrates the inlet stream, catalytically removes oxygen to below 0.1%, and delivers pipeline-quality dry gas through a twin-tower TSA dryer. Turndown to 600 SCFM without loss of outlet spec. Fully piped, wired, insulated, and factory acceptance tested. The skid has never seen process gas.

Available Now, No Build Lead Time

This skid was built, wired, insulated, and factory acceptance tested for an order that was canceled before shipment, so it has never seen process gas. For a project on a compressed schedule, that removes the engineering and fabrication queue entirely. All three stages are on one skid: inlet chilling and dehydration, catalytic oxygen removal to below 0.1%, and final drying to pipeline moisture spec.
