PSB YESTERDAY AND TODAY

Founded in 1939 within the shipyards of Lake Erie as Perry Ship Building, PSB Industries' assistance in the construction of bulk-carrier lake freighters, plus its expertise in the repair and alteration of boilers, earned the company a reputation for excellence that continues today.

Since the acquisition of the General Air Division of Zurn Industries in 1993, PSB Industries has, and continues to offer a legacy of craftsmanship, quality, and innovation to its industrial packaging, petroleum, petrochemical and manufacturing customers throughout the world.

From its highly skilled workforce to unique manufacturing capabilities, PSB Industries is well equipped to handle any size job, from concept to completion and beyond.

We house everything needed to complete our customers’ requirements from start to finish, PSB’s 350,000 square-foot facility includes: three covered and two outside loading docks, 20 functional production bays with overhead-crane lifting capabilities in each, six multimedia blasting booths, ventilated and heated paint booths, control panel shop and over 60,000 square feet of warehouse space.

PSB ENGINEERING AND FABRICATION

Customers worldwide have benefited from PSB Industries’ proven expertise in the assembly and fabrication of industrial products.

Products that include air, liquid and natural gas purification systems, compressor and pump skids, pipe racks, burners, control panels and more.

Working from customer drawings or helping to customize a specific solution, our experienced team can take the appropriate components and sub-assemblies from concept to design and package-completed industrial equipment for delivery anywhere in the world.

PSB Industries uses the latest metal-joining techniques and technology in order to efficiently fabricate our products while maintaining ASME “U”, “UM”, “S”, and “R” stamps for pressure vessels and boilers.  Our standard and custom-packaged systems remove moisture and contaminants from process streams.

Adsorption technologies utilizing activated alumina, molecular sieve, and activated carbon (among other selective adsorbents) are employed to dehydrate, treat, and purify the fluid stream to their required exit specification.  Catalyst systems are also designed and often incorporated within adsorption packages for purification.

As PSB Industries continues its LEAN journey through simplified process flows and the latest project management, drafting and engineering software, we are committed to making sure your project is completed on time with safety and quality in mind.  We look forward to working with you!
